INFORMATION ON ORDERING AND DELIVERY FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE USA 

At the moment we do not have any Distributors or retail outlets in the USA . If you are interested in our products or services and you require delivery to the USA we would be pleased to consider your order as a Direct Order.
The following special conditions would apply.

Prices

The prices quoted on this website are in UK sterling ( £'s ) and include our UK purchase taxes (VAT ) at 17.5% . To calculate the export price please divide the total by 1.175 before converting to US Dollars as there is no VAT due on any US deliveries.

Delivery and packing charges.

These are not included in our prices and are quoted on an order by order basis. For an idea of delivery costs please send an email to info@theswedishchair.com with your address and order details.
For information we currently use DHL for our deliveries and a minimum price for up to 3 cubic metres applies. Our deliveries are made to the nearest DHL Terminal , as specified by you. The onward shipping from the DHL terminal to your home address would be arranged by you the customer. As the receiving customer you would also pay any customs & excise duties ( customs levies ) that are due. Please see www.DHL.com for more information on your nearest DHL Terminal.

Payment

A deposit of 50% is required at time of order and full payment is required before delivery. Payments are accepted via Money Transmission. An additional fee to cover any bank transfer charges will be added to the final invoice as necessary.
